Spread Mitchell’s Fresh guacamole on the bottom of the taco shell. Fill shell with bbq pulled pork. Top with Michell’s pineapple salsa. Drizzle cilantro crema on top.
This is super quick and easy and super delicious.
You can use corn taco shells / soft corn tortillas or prepare as a pass around snack using small taco cups (Tostitos Scoops).
Prepackaged pulled pork works great. Just heat in the microwave. I prefer Jack Daniels pulled pork. The sauce works well with the salsa.
Must use Mitchell’s pineapple salsa. Do not substitute other store brans with a tomato base!
Cilantro cream isn’t essential as it is hard to find. However, it really adds something to the flavor as well as the presentation. To make, look up recipes online. It’s basically sour cream, cilantro, lime, garlic and sugar. Best when made ahead of time and chilled so it thickens a bit.
These are always a huge hit!
