Assist in the prep and production of our various salsa food and non food items. Prep includes but not limited to, chopping cilantro, garlic, jalapenos, tomatoes etc. Production includes mixing salsa ingredients by hand, portioning and boxing the salsa containers Non food prep such as date coding boxes and containers is part of the role. We train everyone to do a little of everything. Team work is key There is no “it’s not my job”!! General kitchen clean up at the end of the shift.

• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Must be able to lift reasonable weight.
• Part time and full time available. Specific schedule will be discussed and worked out at interview. We are very flexible with schedules and can match most persons unique schedule needs

• Semi retired- Okay
• High school after school hours (15 and up)-YES! for certain shifts and light work.
• Also looking for evenings and weekends part time, Work one day a week if needed.
• Full time is primarily a Monday – Friday Day shift position. No regular nights or weekends. During high volume times we may have the need to work a weekend shift but this is not common.
• Full time staff can work 6 -10 hours per day. Some weekly overtime is given. This is flexible.
• Experience NOT needed.
