On a whim, I tried Mitchell’s Salsa (Chipotle and Pineapple) as part of a refreshing cold dinner on a 90 degree day. Xochitl chips covered in cold shredded rotisserie chicken and the two salsas with a little guacamole and sour cream. This really hit the hungry spot without being overwhelming.
Looking forward to trying (and mixing) all the Mitchel’s Fresh flavors!! and your chips when I can find them.
